  • 1.0 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1.0 whole Onion
  • 2.0 unit Garlic
  • 1.0 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 2.0 cup Spinach
  • 1.0 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8.0 oz Pasta

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions
2. Cook onions in skillet for a few minutes, then add garlic and cook an additional minute 
3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned
4. Stir in marinara sauce and spinach, cook until spinach is wilted
5. Add meat & sauce to pasta
6. Top with plenty of mozzarella
