Steamed Jasmine Rice with Lime

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 1.5 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 3.0 cup Water
  • 1.0 whole Lime
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
Note: Items with are common pantry items.

Instructions


1. Rinse rice and combine with water and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 18 minutes.
2. Fluff with a fork and squeeze lime juice over the top before serving.
