  • 1.0 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1.0 whole Egg
  • 0.33 cup Milk
  • 1.0 tbsp Butter

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Melt butter in a small cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan.
3. Whisk together corn muffin mix, egg, and milk until just combined.
4. Pour batter into the buttered skillet.
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Slice into wedges and serve alongside chili.
