Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 2.0 whole Cucumbers, Thinly Sliced
  • 1.0 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1.0 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1.0 tsp Dried Mint Or Fresh Mint
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
Note: Items with are common pantry items.

Instructions


1. Slice cucumbers and place in a bowl.

2. Mix together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, mint, and salt.

3. Pour dressing over cucumbers and toss to combine.

4. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
