Lemon Herb Quinoa

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 1.0 cup Quinoa
  • 2.0 cup Water Or Chicken Broth
  • 1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1.0 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2.0 tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped
Note: Items with are common pantry items.

Instructions


1. Rinse quinoa and combine with broth in a saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.

3. Fluff with a fork, stir in olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley.
