1.0 cup Quinoa

2.0 cup Water Or Chicken Broth

1.0 tbsp Olive Oil

1.0 tbsp Lemon Juice

2.0 tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Instructions
1. Rinse quinoa and combine with broth in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Fluff with a fork, stir in olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley.
