  • 2.0 lb Baby Red Potatoes
  • 3.0 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1.0 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1.0 tsp Dried Rosemary

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Halve potatoes and toss with oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.

3. Roast 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
