Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 2.0 lb Baby Potatoes, Halved
  • 3.0 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1.0 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1.0 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions


1. Toss potatoes with oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

2. Roast at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.

3. Flip once halfway through cooking.
