  • 1.0 cup Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1.0 piece Pasta Sauce
  • 0.5 piece Chopped Yellow Onion
  • 0.5 pkg Mushrooms
  • 1.0 piece Garlic Powder
  • 1.0 piece Onion Powder
  • 1.0 piece Italian Seasoning
  • 1.0 piece Salt
  • 1.0 piece Pepper

Instructions

- Cook the pasta

- Brown beef and season with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder

- Combine pasta, beef, onion, mushrooms, cottage cheese, pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and mix, then transfer to pyrex dish

- Top with more mozzarella and parmesan

- Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes. Optionally top with red pepper flakes
