Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 1.0 lb Shrimp
  • 2.0 cup Grits
  • 1.0 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1.0 cup Milk
  • 2.0 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1.0 whole Andouille Sausage Link
  • 2.0 tbsp Butter
Note: Items with are common pantry items.

Instructions


1: Cook grits according to package with broth and milk until thickened.

2: Toss shrimp with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning.

3: Sauté shrimp in butter 2-3 minutes until opaque.

4: Slice sausage and cook until browned.

5: Stir shrimp, sausage and remaining seasoning into grits.
