Ingredients (for 8 servings)

  • 2.0 lb Ground Beef
  • 6.0 oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 4.0 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 6.0 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 0.5 lb Bacon
  • 8.0 piece Burger Buns
  • 7.99 slice Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1.0 piece Salt
  • 1.0 piece Black Pepper
  • 1.0 piece Garlic Powder

Instructions

Cut up bacon, cook, and set aside.
Toast up buns in some of residual bacon grease and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine Ground beef, shredded cheddar, sour cream, ranch powder, and crumbled bacon.
Work together well and then form into approx 4 oz balls. They don't have to be perfect.
Get griddle temp to a little over 400 degrees and semi smash each patty. Season one side with a little SPG.
Let them cook a few min and then flip, adding Colby jack to the top.
Dress with whatever you prefer after constructing and enjoy!
